About this Talk

Stress Management Part 2

With the increasing complexity of our world, the demands placed upon us by our careers, society, and relationships continue to intensify and can greatly impact our stress levels. Given how stress can affect our health, relationships, and overall well-being, what if there were ways to take back control—not only to manage daily stressors but to thrive in the face of them?

In this session, Dr. Ellen Jopling helps attendees develop the skills needed to change their relationship with stress and boost resiliency. Participants will learn science-backed coping skills targeting behavior, thinking, and environment, and will be motivated to develop individualized action plans for effective stress management.

Attendees must first participate in Dr. Jopling’s Part 1 Understanding Stress and Enhancing Well-Being session to ensure all attendees have the foundational understanding of stress and the ways in which it shows up in our bodies.
