Guilherme Toledo

Guilherme (Gui) Toledo is an Industrial Organizational professional, executive coach, and workplace culture expert with more than eight years of experience in HR strategy and organizational development. Recognized as one of Vancouver’s Top 15 Coaches, he helps organizations strengthen culture, communication, and employee experience across diverse teams.

Gui holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University and an MBA in International Business and Foreign Trade from FMU in Brazil. His experience has been shaped by working and studying both in Canada and internationally, giving him a broad perspective on people development, organizational change, and cross-cultural collaboration. He supports organizations in navigating the realities of modern workplace culture, with particular focus on communication, collaboration, and employee satisfaction across diverse teams.
